All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order.

You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Standard Shipping

Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days.

Worldwide delivery aim: 6-7 working days.

 

International Tracked Shipping

Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days.

Worldwide delivery aim: 5-7 working days.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed and postal service problems are outside of our control.

Loss claims cannot be submitted until after 20 working days after the due delivery date for items going to Europe and after 25 working days for Rest of the World.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Give a Gift Company is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

Shipping to PO Box

International Tracked & Signed cannot be sent to PO Box or Pack Stations, because a signature cannot be captured. This restriction does not apply when items are sent to Africa or the Middle East. 

 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 8 Mellor Lane, Mellor, Blackburn, Lancs, BB2 7JR UK.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9am - 5pm on Monday - Friday.

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
